If the item/s you purchased are unavailable due to incorrect stock level we will contact you arrange a refund or exchange.

Once your order has been placed online at otisbutler.co.nz it will be processed as soon as possible. Please allow 1-2 working days for orders to be received and processed before being shipped. You will receive an e-mail confirmation once your order has been dispatched, including your tracking number.
Please provide a contact phone number when placing your order. Orders cannot be shipped to PO Box addresses, please provide a physical residential or business address to ensure prompt shipping.
Please note we do not currently ship outside of New Zealand.

If you receive your purchase and are not happy with it, you are welcome to return your item/s for a refund or exchange within 10 days.
If incorrect size is ordered, it may be exchanged for alternative size dependant on availability. Please contact hello@otisbutler.co.nz within 10 days of receiving your purchase to arrange a return or exchange. Refunds are not available on sale items.
Item/s must be returned in the exact condition they were received. Items must not have been worn, altered or washed and all tags must be attached. Otis Butler has the right to refuse a return if we believe the item is not in its original condition.
Caps must be returned in original box to ensure they retain their form.
Please note we do not refund shipping costs for goods returned unless item is faulty. The purchaser is responsible for the item/s until we receive it so please ensure it is securely packaged and postage is tracked.
